TwentySeven Bakehouse is a No-Bullsh*t neighbourhood bakery built around seasonal, artisanal bakes. What began as a bakery has now grown into one of Mumbai’s most-loved QSRs, with outposts in Mahalaxmi, Bandra, Nepean Sea Road and Goregaon, alongside a delivery kitchen in Chembur.
Founded by restaurateur power couple Aditi and Aditya Dugar in 2022, TwentySeven Bakehouse is a part of Urban Gourmet India, the brand behind India’s Best Restaurant ‘Masque’ (as per Asia’s 50 Best Restaurants), boutique catering company Sage & Saffron, cocktail bar Paradox, and bistro Circle Sixty Nine.
In addition to freshly-baked sourdoughs, loaves and viennoiserie, today, TwentySeven Bakehouse also serves New York-style pizzas, made-to-order sandwiches and speciality coffee, all under one roof.
